2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your moving date and services. The full payment for the services rendered will be due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, checks, and cash. The customer is responsible for ensuring the payment method is valid and processed timely.
• Additional Charges: If additional charges are incurred due to extra labor, waiting time, or handling of bulky items, these will be discussed and added to the final bill.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled moving date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of the move.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Basic Liability Coverage: A basic liability coverage is included with every move, covering the transport of goods at a set valuation rate.
• Additional Insurance: Additional coverage can be purchased to ensure higher-value items are fully protected.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible for damages to items packed by the customer, perishable items, or hazardous materials.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access and Parking: The customer must ensure that both the pick-up and delivery locations are accessible and free of any obstacles that might prevent the safe loading or unloading of items.
• Inventory: Customers should provide a complete inventory list of items to be moved. This helps prevent any confusion or missed items during the move.
• Special Instructions: Any specific handling requirements, such as moving fragile items or extra care for large furniture, should be disclosed in advance.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be transported:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, chemicals)
• Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)
• Live animals or pets
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
